Korean Customer Services and Translators

Customer Services Consultant (full-time position)

The role will be based in Cape Town, RSA.

Objective of the position: The purpose of the Customer Services Department is to respond to the needs of customers in a polite, efficient and informative manner at all times.

Night Security Specialist (full-time position)

The role will be based in Cape Town, RSA.

Japanese Sub-editor

The role will be based in Cape Town, RSA

Objective of the position: The Japanese editorial team is required to manage and ensure the proper presentation of all outgoing Japanese content from the CRM as well as delegate and organise content for requests coming into the CRM. The objective of the position is to manage all content produced in the CRM and ensure that it is of a high standard and suitable for our clientele and in keeping with the red24 style guide.
